A: Yes. In addition to your initial training, our ADS(area development service) team will work with you for
several weeks on site and periodically during each calendar year as well as during growth periods.
Q: What other support can I expect?
A: You will receive continual support from SafeHarbor Cafes via teleconferencing, intranet and on-site
visits.
Q: How much money can I make in this business?
A: The bottom line will always depend on your level of commitment and dedication. The business is wide
open right now.
Q: How long will it take for me to start my business?
A: In our experience, depending on your area's requirements for special licenses, anywhere from 30 - 90
days.
Q: Is it necessary to have prior restaurant or entertainment experience?
A: No. Although some prior experience would help you in your overall understanding of this unique
business, our complete training program will qualify you to run your business.
Q: How much is the franchise fee?
A: As a Franchisee you will be responsible for a franchise fee of $ 22,000. For a limited time, we are
offering a discount price of $15,000!
Q: How much royalty or other money will I owe?
A: While most companies are now charging 8-15%. SafeHarbor Cafes only charges 6%.
Q: Does SafeHarbor provide financing?
A: Financing may be available through in-house or national financing companies.
Q: Is there an advertising fee?
A: No. Presently each location is responsible for market advertising. However, as we grow, a co-op
advertising plan may be instituted requiring a minimal participating fee.
Q: Where do I purchase my supplies and equipment?
A: SafeHarbor Cafes provides each Franchisee with an approved and recommended list of suppliers.
Q: Who decides on what prices I will charge for services and products?
A: You make those decisions based on recommendations from SafeHarbor Cafes and conditions in your
market.
Q: Can I ever sell my area franchise?
A: Yes. You can sell your business to any buyer approved by SafeHarbor Cafes. There is a one time
transfer fee for administrative, legal and training expense incurred with the transfer.
